Test Design / Results
Post-launch feedback was largely positive — users found the system understandable and appreciated the bookkeeping benefits. Some concerns emerged about the learning curve and feature complexity, along with requests for advanced features like recurring invoices and email automation. User research identified usability challenges despite the simplified UI, so tooltips and help sections with relevant articles were added.
What's Next
After setting the style for the Invoice Module, work continued on other essential features of the ERP such as Reports, Accounting, and Products. As it grew, the team started building a design system and style guide to ensure consistent style across the product.
